Design That Makes Sense To Users

Good design isn't about winning awards. It's about people being able to do what they came to do—quickly, easily, and without frustration.

What We Do

From research through to polished designs, ready for development.

User Research

Before we design anything, we learn about the people who'll use it. Interviews, surveys, analytics—whatever it takes to understand what they need and how they think.

Information Architecture

How content and features are organised. Getting this right means users find what they're looking for without thinking about it.

Wireframes & Prototypes

Rough sketches turn into clickable prototypes. You see how the product will work before we write any code, and we iterate until it feels right.

Visual Design

The final look—colours, typography, imagery, animation. We create interfaces that look professional and feel cohesive with your brand.

Usability Testing

Real people try to use the design. We watch what confuses them, what works, and we fix issues before development begins.

Design Systems

A library of reusable components that keeps your product consistent as it grows. New features look right automatically.

How We Think About Design

Some principles we don't compromise on.

Function Over Decoration

Pretty doesn't help if users can't figure it out. Every design decision we make has a reason beyond 'it looks nice'.

Mobile First, But Not Mobile Only

We design for phone screens first, then expand to larger screens. The result works everywhere, not just where we tested it.

Accessibility Built In

Colour contrast, screen readers, keyboard navigation—these aren't afterthoughts. They're part of the design from day one.

Data-Informed Decisions

When we can measure it, we do. Heat maps, click tracking, A/B tests—opinions are fine, but evidence is better.

What Working With Us Looks Like

We start by understanding your users and business goals. This usually means conversations with your team and, ideally, with some of your actual users.

Then we sketch ideas—lots of them. Most get thrown out, but the best ones survive and evolve into detailed designs. You're involved throughout, not just at the big reveal.

Before we hand anything to developers, we test it with real people. If something's confusing, we fix it. The goal is designs that work the first time they're built.
